Groundfloor / A minimalist and manicured garden, composed of two species of neatly maintained spherical shrubs disposed on a regular grid over a bed of groundcovers, sets the tone for a site where contemporary architecture and a heritage building coexists. A black granite pavement with diversified finishes extends throughout the circulation spaces. The pixilated motif of the paving relates to the serial and controlled aspect of the garden while being playful and stimulating. A green tableau located at the end of the porte cochere’s axis, where vines are clinging to a clean, floating frame located at the property’s edge, creates a verdant backdrop to the space. The visitor is greeted by a special treatment paving extending like a carpet would from the outside into the lobby, extending the experience of the city’s landscape into the building and vice versa.

Amenity Terrace / The long and slender amenity terrace provides plenty of space to lounge and bathe in a distinguished context. The center space, occupied by an 18 meter long pool, is framed by two Ipe wood decks for residents to soak up the sun. A clipped edge and small trees circumscribe the terrace, providing shade and privacy. A freestanding pergola running the entire length of the space gives a human scale to the terrace while underlining the building’s impressive height. An additional amenity terrace at the 4^th floor offers semi-private outdoor kitchens and dining areas to gather with friends and family.
